GentleBirth is leading the way in Childbirth Education across Europe and the US. Through neuroscience, mindfulness, sports pscychology, self hypnosis, birth partner support and much more we are changing how women experience childbirth.
There are a number of childbirth education programs available, some of which heavily really on hypnosis or hypnobirthing. With GentleBirth we prepare you not just for the birth you want but for whatever path your birth takes. A GentleBirth can come in many forms from a planned or emergency cesarean to a homebirth and everything in between. GentleBirth through its unique approach builds up Mom's emotional resilience so that if something unexpected does happen on the day Mom can still feel calm, confident and in control.
At GentleBirth we understand that couples may not want to give up 8 evenings to attend an ongoing childbirth education class so our program is adapted to today's busy lifestyle. The workshops run over one weekend on Saturday from 1-6pm and Sunday 9am-2pm (please note our West Palm Beach Class on the Sunday runs 10.30-3.30pm, Saturday has no change). A weekend that will change everything for you and your birth partner and the perfect excuse to treat yourself to a babymoon!
When is the best time to come to a workshop?
As soon as you want to start really enjoying your pregnancy - we see couples as early as 9 weeks and as late as 41 weeks. It's never too early, and only too late after your baby has arrived.
Although labor and birth is a serious topic the workshop is a lot of fun. There's plenty of practice too so it makes for a very relaxing, informative weekend.
