VBAC Workshops
The VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) is a journey like no other. As well as a childbirth education class, we would highly recommend adding this to your preparation. If you have or are planning to attend a GentleBirth Childbirth Education workshop with us then there is no additional cost for our VBAC workshop. This class is faciliatated by an instructor who has experienced a VBAC birth and who has a high success rate working with VBAC clients. The workshop includes continued support and access to our closed facebook community.

These workshops are focused soley on the information that is relevant to clients who have had one or more previous cesarean sections who wish to achieve a vaginal birth at the end of their current pregnancy. The material covered is based on current information and guidelines.
The workshop will cover a number of topics including:

The workshops can hold a lot of emotion in the room and our clients generally find it to be a healing experience to be surrounded by other parents that have a similar history. We look at the reasons behind your previous cesarean and your feelings about it. Some may be 100% happy with their previous birth whilst others may still be recovering emotionally. Regardless of the background you and your birth partner will leave the workshop feeling more prepared and confident in your pursute of a vaginal birth.
The workshop usually runs for approximately 3 hours depending on attendance and length of Q&A. Taking place the first Saturday of each calender month (excluding holidays) as listed below.
These workshops are priced at $100 per couple and include a free download of the GentleBirth VBAC track.
